Salary: £60,000 - £86,400 OTE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, including paid breaks

THE ROLE
As Bodyshop Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Accident Repair Centre, ensuring vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Leading and supporting the Bodyshop team to achieve daily targets
andmiddot;Conducting daily morning meetings and allocating workload
andmiddot;Managing vehicles entering the repair centre and those currently on-site
andmiddot;Working closely with the Regional Manager to monitor workflow and repair progress
andmiddot;Ensuring parts are ordered in advance and stock levels are effectively managed
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate repair documentation and ensuring complete job packs
andmiddot;Monitoring repair quality throughout every stage of the process
andmiddot;Ensuring excellent customer communication and accurate repair updates
andmiddot;Promoting a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment
andmiddot;Supporting the development and performance of the team
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Accident Repair Centre Manager or Workshop Manager
andmiddot;Strong understanding of vehicle accident repair processes
andmiddot;Experience managing workshop teams and workloads
andmiddot;Excellent organisational and time-management skills
andmiddot;Strong leadership and communication abilities
andmiddot;Good IT and technology skills
andmiddot;A strong focus on quality, customer service and efficiency
andmiddot;Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
andmiddot;Excellent attention to detail
andmiddot;A positive, team-focused approach
