Our client an established financial institution in the City , that urgently requires-an experienced Metals Operations candidate to join their busy-department. The ideal candidate would have worked in Metals Operations for a Bank or Broker and have a good clear understanding of Precious, Bullion and LME trades.- LOCO experience is required. EMIR and Mifid is an advantage.- This role does involve working a shift pattern.- The ideal candidate would be available immediately or within a couple of weeks. There-is a strong possibility that the role could go permanent in 2027.

• participate in the daily procedures of the Operation department ensuring:
• all Procedures are being adhered to at all times
• all time critical activities are adhered to
• Full settlement including physicals
• all external and internal regulations are being adhered to
• client queries are being dealt with quickly including an adequate response to the customer

This position is 5 days a week in the office.
