Job Description
Location: Bradford, BD3
Salary: -24,784.50 per annum + Bonus
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: November
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:30pm; Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm
Working Arrangement: Office-based initially, with the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays after probation.

The Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join a busy telephone-based team.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, helping customers with warranty, vehicle protection and related products. You will also identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships and work towards individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide clear, friendly and professional customer service.
- Identify customer needs and promote suitable products.
- Achieve sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Comply with GDPR, Consumer Duty and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Attend training, coaching and team meetings.
- Complete mandatory training and relevant CPD requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A friendly, professional and empathetic telephone manner
- The ability to work towards targets and deliver quality customer service
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
