Domestic Testing & Remedial Electrician

Location: South East London and surrounding areas

Salary: £40,000 plus company van & fuel card - OTE £60k

Hours: Monday-Friday (40hr week) - overtime opportunities

We're recruiting qualified Electrical Testing & Remedial Electricians to support established Social Housing and Local Authority contracts across South East London and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Conducting electrical inspections and testing
• Completing electrical remedial works across social housing properties
• Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical issues
• Ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and relevant NICEIC standards
• Delivering excellent customer service and liaising professionally with clients and residents

What We're Looking For

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent
• Proven testing, inspection and remedial experience
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK manual driving licence, with no more than six points
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently
