Electrical Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee a major EV charging infrastructure project on a commercial site. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrical Site Manager to join a growing team delivering high-quality electrical installations across the UK.

As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising electrical teams, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations. The successful Electrical Site Manager will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, liaising with clients, and driving project delivery to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation of EV charging systems, cabling, and distribution equipment
• Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and site inspections
• Monitor progress and report to senior project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an Electrical Site Manager on commercial or infrastructure projects
• Valid SMSTS certification (essential)
• Strong electrical background (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• ECS/CSCS card
• Knowledge of BS 7671 and UK safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with EV charging installations or renewable energy projects
• Testing & inspection qualifications (2391 or similar)
• Familiarity with DNO connections
