Foreman (Floating Role) - Selborne, Sandhurst & Surrounding Sites

Location: Selborne, Sandhurst & surrounding projects
Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour PAYE
Duration: Minimum 5 weeks' work
Start: Immediate

VGC are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman to work across a number of projects, primarily based in Selborne and Sandhurst, with additional support required on other nearby sites as needed.

This is a floating role, requiring a proactive individual who can effectively supervise site operations, lead teams, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity across multiple locations.

Requirements
  • CSCS Gold or Black Card
  • NVQ Level 3 (minimum)
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Previous experience working as a Foreman within the construction or civil engineering sector
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Responsibilities
  • Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme requirements
  • Maintaining quality standards and site compliance
  • Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
  • Liaising with Site Management and client representatives
  • Completing site records and daily briefings
