HGV TECHNICIAN
Salary: Up to £24.00 per hour | OTE £65,000+
Location: Essex
Working Hours: 45 hours per week | Rotating Monday to Friday shifts


We are recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join a thriving and busy commercial vehicle workshop in Essex.
You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of heavy commercial vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Role:
andmiddot;Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs
andmiddot;Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
andmiddot;Use computer-aided diagnostic equipment
andmiddot;Complete vehicle inspections and identify repair requirements
andmiddot;Accurately complete job cards and service documentation
andmiddot;Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards
andmiddot;Continue developing your technical knowledge through ongoing training


What We're Looking For:
andmiddot;Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance or equivalent
andmiddot;Proven experience as an HGV Technician
andmiddot;Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
andmiddot;Experience using computer-aided diagnostics
andmiddot;Main dealer experience is advantageous
andmiddot;A motivated and proactive approach to work
