Learning Support Assistant - Oxford
Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with additional needs?
A Secondary SEN School in Oxford is seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers who want to build valuable, hands-on experience working with students with a variety of special educational needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with SEN.
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and active participation in learning.
- Work alongside teachers to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day.
- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
We're looking for a Learning Support Assistant who is:

- Pay: £93 - £110 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Contract: Full-time
