Machine Operator / General Labourer

Hours: Rotating shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm and 1:45pm-10:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Contract Type: Temporary to PermanentAbout the RoleWe're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Bury, who are looking to expand their team with Machine Operators This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, involving machine operation and general labouring duties to support daily production targets. The position would suit someone who is reliable, physically fit, and enjoys working as part of a team.Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring machinery on the production line
• Carrying out general labouring and housekeeping duties
• Supporting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Physically capable of working on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Able to work rotating shifts (6am-2pm and 1:45pm-10pm, Monday to Friday)
