Multi-Skilled Engineer
Job Description
As a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer in Greater London, you'll maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and building fabric across a multi-site portfolio. The work combines planned maintenance with reactive repairs, including tasks in plant rooms and at height.

The Role
As the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll:
- Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs to building services equipment.
- Find faults, test and repair electrical building services equipment.
- Complete non-specialist building fabric maintenance tasks.
- Inspect services and respond to callouts and repair requests.
- Update completed maintenance tasks and maintain accurate site records.
- Follow company quality, site and health and safety procedures.
To be successful as the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll have:
- Essential: a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent training.
- Essential: demonstrable building services engineering knowledge and logical fault-finding skills.
- Essential: customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Essential: the ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Essential: a clean driving licence.
- Ideally: IPAF, PASMA or L8 qualifications, or plumbing, electrical or HVAC experience.
- Ideally: familiarity with Microsoft Office or Building Management Systems.
- £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Permanent employment.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
