Reeson Education are working on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Brentford who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5/6 Teacher to join their team from January 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced primary teacher to take on a full-time role teaching across Upper Key Stage 2, supporting pupils as they prepare for the transition to secondary school.

• Full-time Year 5/6 Class Teacher

• Starting January 2027

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative and purposeful lessons

• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary

• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 5 or Year 6

• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum

• Confident classroom management skills

• Able to inspire, motivate and engage pupils

• A committed and enthusiastic approach to teaching

• Works well as part of a supportive and collaborative team
