Dudley | £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits | 22:00 - 06:00, Sunday to Thursday
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a well-established and highly respected glass manufacturing company on a permanent night shift.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a production team, ensuring targets for productivity, quality, and safety are achieved while driving continuous improvement across the operation.

You will be responsible for leading and developing a production team, ensuring targets for productivity, quality, and safety are achieved while driving continuous improvement across the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a production team
- Drive performance against productivity, quality, and waste KPIs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
- Work closely with maintenance and management teams to support operational performance
- Manage team performance, training, and HR-related processes
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production operations and performance management
- Experience driving continuous improvement activities
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong focus on health & safety and quality standards
- IOSH or similar qualification desirable
- £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
