Position: One-to-One Home and Outreach Tutor
Location: Southend
Hours: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Support Students Who Need a Different Approach
Remedy Tutors is seeking tutors to deliver individualised tuition to students who may benefit from learning outside a mainstream classroom.
Students may have SEN, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety or sensory and communication difficulties. You will adapt your teaching to suit the individual, helping them feel comfortable and supported while making academic progress.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Maths and English tuition.
Plan personalised lessons.
Adapt activities and resources to meet individual needs.
Encourage engagement and confidence.
Develop positive learning routines.
Monitor progress and support learning goals.
What We're Looking For
Ability to teach both Maths and English.
Experience with SEN/SEND is desirable.
Patient, approachable and adaptable.
Strong communication skills.
