• Rate: £200 - £250 per day (Negotiable depending on experience)

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Supervisor with a strong joinery background to oversee a high-spec 16-week office refurbishment and fit-out project in Dronfield. Starting on the 16th November 2026, you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to premium standards.Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and site progress.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety compliance, conduct site inductions, and manage RAMS.
• Quality Control: Utilize your joinery expertise to ensure flawless finishes on all fit-out elements.
• Problem Solving: Resolve on-site technical issues and liaise regularly with the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Valid SSSTS (or SMSTS) and CSCS Card are mandatory.
• Experience: Proven track record supervising commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Trade Background: Time-served joiner with deep technical knowledge of high-end internal fit-outs.
• First Aid: Current First Aid at Work certificate (preferred).
