Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
Location: Coventry
Salary: £36,000 Basic DOE | OTE £41,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm | Saturdays on a rota 8:30am - 1:30pm

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs efficiently
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
- Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and accurately
- Completing workshop documentation and job cards
- Working collaboratively with the wider workshop team
- Delivering high standards of workmanship on every vehicle
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year's experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
- Strong servicing and diagnostic skills
- MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
- Own tools and toolbox
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
