Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Overtime & Uncapped Bonus Potential
Hours: 5-Day Working Week, Including Weekend Working on Rota

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
andmiddot;Diagnosing vehicle faults and identifying additional repairs
andmiddot;Completing mechanical repairs to a high standard
andmiddot;Carrying out MOT testing where qualified
andmiddot;Ensuring all work is completed safely and correctly
andmiddot;Maintaining high standards of workmanship
andmiddot;Working efficiently to maximise productivity and bonus potential
andmiddot;Working as part of a professional and supportive workshop team
andmiddot;Ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in a safe and satisfactory condition

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / MOT Tester with:
andmiddot;NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair preferred
andmiddot;Proven experience within an automotive workshop
andmiddot;Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
andmiddot;Excellent attention to detail
andmiddot;Good mechanical knowledge
andmiddot;Customer-focused approach
andmiddot;Ability to work independently and as part of a team
andmiddot;Full UK driving licence
andmiddot;MOT Tester licence desirable, but not essential
andmiddot;Willingness to develop your technical knowledge, including EV technology
